- If the cost of the product is less than the amount of Joyalukkas e-voucher, the remaining balance cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Joyalukkas jeweller e-vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash neither in part nor in full.
- The customers is responsible to keep Joyalukkas e-voucher’s code safe and secure for personal use. Omantel shall not be liable for any misuse by a third party.
