Redeem your Makasib Points at any participating Makasib partner through Omantel App. Simply, authorize the conversion and the equivalent value of Makasib Points will be deducted from your total transaction. All the program’s information including your points balance, Makasib statements, available rewards and participating partners can be checked through the App or website.
There are different to earn Makasib points:
- For postpaid services: For billed services such as postpaid and home internet; you will receive points for the eligible spend on your bill. These points will be credited to your account once the balance is settled in full.
- For prepaid services (Hayyak): Every time you use your prepaid (Hayyak) credit from your main credit balance, you will earn points. However, you will not earn any points for using prepaid credit that has been obtained by redeeming Makasib points.
- Merchant partners: You will earn Makasib points upon purchasing from selected Omantel’s merchant partners. The complete list of Makasib partners is available on the App and website. Recheck the list every while as we continuously add more partners.
- No, there is no cost on redeeming points.
