- Customers who opt-in for any plans will sign a two-years contract.
- Customers will get the modem free of charge for all plans.
- Outdoor installation charges are OMR 15.
- Customers can check remaining data balance and billing status by dialing *288*wireless Number# , or through Omantel APP.
-Also, subscribe for data Add-Ons on by dialing *288*wireless Number# , or through Omantel APP. - Without prejudice to the penalties stipulated in the Telecommunications Regulatory Act of the Sultanate of Oman promulgated by Royal Decree 30/2002, the beneficiary is not entitled to redistribute internet service outside the contracted residential/commercial unit and bears all legal responsibilities resulting from this violation if proven. The authority or Company has the right to terminate the service for the beneficiary if this violation is proven and to suspend the service for the period specified by the Authority.
- *Pay your monthly bill and get rewarded with Makasib points which will be added to your account. The number of points you receive depends on your Makasib tier. The higher your tier are, the more points you collect.
- In the event of early termination or termination due to non-payment before the end of the minimum contract period, customers should pay the early termination charges of the plan and modem shown in the table below without prejudice to due entitlement related to the plan subscription before the date of termination or withdrawal.

- Note: All prices mentioned are exclusive of VAT. 5% VAT will be added to the price upon purchase.
- New customers must sign a 24-months commitment contract to avail any of the Baiti Home Internet plans.
- Free 1 Wi-Fi Mesh device applicable to new customers subscribing to OMR 30 and above (limited-time offer)*.
- The installation charges are 15 OMR
- Internal wiring in your building, firewall configuration on your PC, your location, type of content and the distance to Wi-Fi and access point will affect the actual speed.

Setup Guide
Setup guide for Home internet Service.
- Step 1: Connect a telephone line to your modem or router.
- Step 2: Connect a LAN cable to your modem or router and connect it to your computer.
- Step 3: Power ON your modem or router.
- Step 4: Start internet explorer or your preferred internet browser on your computer.
- Step 5: Enter the setup page IP address on your internet browser and enter the default username and password depending on your modem or router brand as shown below:

- Step 6: Once you are logged in to your modem or router setup page, please make sure that you have the following internet connection setup parameters:
