Speaker Bio:
Tom leverages his Ph.D. in artificial intelligence as well as over a decade of executive leadership to drive AI R&D teams in New York, Warsaw, and Dubai. He has a proven track record in innovation management, product development and strategy. He has been involved in the startup world for over ten years as a consultant, operator, advisor, and angel investor. He was a founding partner of Startberry – a startup accelerator based in Warsaw created with Microsoft and EY, launching the initiative alongside Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella.. After successful acquisition of his AI startup by U.S.-based Kinetix, he serves as a managing director for Kinetix Dubai office and head of artificial intelligence for the group.
