Terms and conditions
- Customers who apply for Omantel M2M with leased lines should have a point-to-point leased line with a minimum speed of 128 kbps.
- Customers must be charged for the new point-to-point leased line dedicated to (Omantel M2M) service that terminates at Omantel’s Telecommunication control center (TCC) or customers can use their existing leased lines that terminates at Omantel’s TCC if they have any.
- Leased line charges are paid separately and are not included in the M2M proposed price.
- Customers who go for (Omantel M2M) integrated with the leased line are entitled to a discount on the monthly fees of 10% on this leased line. The leased line price will be subjected to any changes in the existing leased line tariffs. If the customer terminates the service, leased line monthly charges will return to the normal existing monthly charges.
- Modems used for this service are the customer’s responsibility.
- The minimum SIM Card required per company is 5 for all the plans except the account level plan; the minimum SIM Card required per company is 50.
